Another shout out to Klas Mellander and his fantastic hands-on business simulations.  Klas took the Cash Conversion Cycle and brought it to life in Apples & Oranges and Decision Base, two simulations I continue to represent and sell. Klas called this cycle the Circulation of Capital and it’s a jackpot diagram that will lead to multiple selling opportunities. The Circulation of Capital is a common term used to describe how cash moves through a company. This video lesson shows what happens in a well-run company when the income statement works together with the balance sheet. Every time the wheel spins in a profitable business, the company makes more money. Then you show up and connect your offering to the spins and you’re in!
