Connections Booklet process:

*The Connections Booklet can stand alone as a self-study tool, or be connected to a hands-on business simulation

1.

You decide what you want your team to learn and do differently because of our customized learning delivery. We build your “Wish List” - What would make this learning a uniquely successful endeavor?

2.

We’re experts at finding client-specific information to make this Wish List happen! We’ll supply you with questions, then discuss who your best subject matter experts would be to gather this needed information.

3.

We schedule a “fact-gathering day” to interview subject matter experts and collect needed data. At times, we’ll request a plant tour, store tour, or service- facility tour when appropriate. 

4.

We then use our 30+ years of creative experience to begin turning data into understandable information.  The first draft of the Connections Booklet is delivered for your review. (Since we’ve been doing this work for a long time, changes needed are usually very minor!)

5.

We complete the finished Connections Booklet and print it in time for your first workshop.

6.

We will either continue printing the Connections Booklet for you or allow you to print the Connections Booklets as needed for future workshops.

7.

We can be employed to update your Connections Booklet as needed or we’ll give you the rights to do so on your own! So, your Connections Booklet will always reflect your real world and your up-to-date business processes, initiatives, and financial metrics!
