Lesson 32: Owners' Correspondence

This lesson includes several example pieces of correspondence you can use to score an appointment with the owner. The owner wants to keep building the business and you can help her do that.

As I state many times during the Financial Firepower™ process, you’re better off knocking on more doors and asking for the plant manager or owner, rather than depending on written correspondence to produce appointments. However, every one of the written examples throughout all the lessons, including these will get you more comfortable with the Positive Business Outcomes (PBO’s) you need to tout in any written correspondence (proposals, follow-up letters, etc.) with the customer!
