This video lesson gives you another great way to use the Gravy Triangle diagram with the owner. This time I share many questions to use connected to each line on the drawing: Fixed Costs, Variable Costs, and Revenue. I put lots of emphasis on the Revenue line in this lesson, since this is the area of the graph the owner will be most interested in.
